Why do you like working at SVT?
I love that people here feel that there is a purpose to their work. People are motivated to do their best and feel that it is important, either it is creating apps for children without advertising or APIs that must withstand traffic in the case of a national crisis. Our division, SVT Interactive, still feels like a startup where pragmatism and results trumps politics and processes.

What do you love about your work in the DX team?
It feels great to be able to enable teams to work efficiently. The work is very varied with everything from setting up a robust Gitlab installation with Ansible, to helping our teams optimising Dockerfiles for Node applications or preparing a lecture on how Akamai works.
But the most rewarding thing is making people happier at work, and receiving Slacks like this in our channel:
